CHICKEN & CHORIZO PAELLA

Our most popular authentic Spanish paella. Locally sourced tender chicken thighs, cooked with Spanish chorizo sausages, bomba paella rice, red peppers and peas in homemade stock made with locally sourced free range chickens and fresh vegetables. We use own mixed spices to make our paella special. Garnished with lemons and olives. Served with French baguettes and garlic mayonnaise.

SEASONAL VEGETABLES PAELLA

Locally sourced seasonal vegetables and bomba paella rice cooked in homemade fresh vegetable stock with pimmenton and home mixed spices make this beautiful vegetarian paella. Garnished with lemons, artichokes and olives. Served with French baguettes and garlic mayonnaise.

SEAFOOD PAELLA

Prawns, mussels, squids, shallots, peas, green beans and bomba paella rice cooked in delicate homemade fish stock and saffrons. Garnished with juicy head-on king prawns, shell on mussels, clams and lemons. Served with French baguettes and garlic mayonnaise.
Upgrade option with a whole lobster, crab claws and monkfish (seasonal) to make this extra special.

MEXICAN PAELLA

Locally sourced tender chicken thighs, cooked with chorizo sausages, red kidney beans, red peppers, peas and bomba paella rice in homemade stock made with locally sourced free range chickens and fresh vegetables. Spiced up with extra hot chili spices. Garnished with jalapeno peppers, limes and parsley. Served with tortilla chips, guacamole and sour cream.

All the above paellas can be served with various tapas.

Caribbean Menu

JERK CHICKEN

Go Caribbean with this delicious feast. Big pans and a big BBQs are needed for this meal! Locally sourced tender chicken thighs marinated in own mixed spices and homemade sauce for 24 hours and cooked over hot charcoal. Served with Caribbean corn on cob, black beans rice made with our homemade vegetable stock, pineapple, red onion and tomato salsa, and our very own rum jerk sauce.

Indian Menu

BEEF BOMBAY CURRY

From the streets of Bombay comes this delicious combination of slow cooked beef with potatoes in a beautifully spiced coconut sauce. Served with basmati rice, poppadoms and mango chutney. For those who like the taste of curry without too much heat this is the perfect choice.

CHICKEN JALFREZI

A classic Indian dish of tender chicken breasts marinated overnight in own mixed spices and cooked with peppers and tomatoes. Served with basmati rice, poppadoms and mango chutney.

Thai Menu

THAI RED CURRY

Go Asian with this very aromatic tasty dish. Creamy coconut and fish sauce with hints of gingers, limes and corianders. This can be made with chicken, duck, pork, beef, tofu, prawns or a combo of these. Served with infused jasmine rice and lime wedges.

Potatas Bravas                       Golden crispy pan fried potatoes served with your choice of mild or hot homemade chili brava sauce.

 

Chorizo and garlic                   Pan fried chorizo cooked with garlic, honey and sherry vinegar.

 

Albondigas                              Homemade meatballs (pork or beef) pan fried with mixed herbs and own mixed spices.

 

Marinated olives                       Green and black olives marinated in olive oil, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
